Gimp python console extended updated

Updated version of the python console. New:

New text field that allows you to search for partial text in the list of methods, properties and functions, which do not contain the search string are hidden from the list.
The functions of the pdb module show detailed information by double click on the list are inserted with the names of the parameters and return values as in Python Procedure Browser

Fixed:

The main text field of the console takes focus when inserting double clicking on the list of methods, properties and functions, before the focus was on the treeview.
